Whole Wheat Cracker

 

2 Cups             White Flour

2 Cups              Whole Wheat Flour

1/3 Cup            Brown Sugar

¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp.  Shortening

1 Cup               Butter Milk

1 Tbsp.             Salt

1 tsp.                Soda

 Mix all dry ingredients  cut in shortening add butter milk, mix into a dough and let rest ½  hr. Roll out thin . Bake @  350° For 10 min.
